Vanilla cinnamon
Our organic vanilla cinnamon powder is a blend of two tropical spice ingredients both of which have been traditionally cultivated in Madagascar for centuries.
Madagascar's cinnamon, also known as True Ceylon Cinnamon, comes from Vatomandry on the east coast. It is mixed with our Planifolia vanilla, also known as Madagascar Bourbon vanilla, from the Sambava and Andapa districts in the northeast of our country.
Our slightly sweet and citrusy cinnamon combined with the creamy and rich aroma of our vanilla can be used as an ingredient in a variety of food and drink products, both sweet and savoury.
