Cacao Vanilla Powder
Our vanilla cacao powder, produced with vanilla and cacao from plantations in northern and northeast Madagascar, is a delightful natural organic non-bitter cacao and vanilla mix.
Our cacao grows along the rivers of Bemarivo and Sambirano. The taste is determined by the natural environments and the soil which is affected by other tropical crops on the same plantations, such as mango, star fruit, guyabano, banana, cola, guava, vanilla and more.
Once the cacao has been dried and ground into fine powder it is mixed with our pure vanilla powder produced from the Planifolia and Pompona vanilla varieties.
