Extract quality vanilla beans

Extract vanilla beans are often used to make vanilla extract, giving the classification its name. However, they can be used for a wide range of culinary purposes as well as food manufacturing. Extract vanilla beans have been sun-dried for longer than Gourmet beans, resulting in a lower humidity level and weight and a larger volume and number of beans per kilo.

Compared with Gourmet beans, Extract grade vanilla beans have a less perfect appearance but are nonetheless aromatic and flavourful.
